When people run out of substance, they reach for mockery. It’s the oldest trick in the book, when truth presses too close, the fallback is sneers, emojis, and cheap shots. But discernment sees through the performance. Mockery doesn’t dismantle facts, it only signals that the argument is empty. If the case were strong, it would stand on evidence, not insults. When someone keeps coming back with nothing but ridicule, that’s not strength, that’s a tell, proof that truth has struck a nerve. The louder the noise, the clearer it becomes: substance doesn’t need sarcasm, it stands on its own.
