Free speech protects you from government punishment, not from consequences when you disgrace the values of those you represent. If someone celebrates murder, that isn’t “just an opinion,” it’s collapse into the lowest calibrations, shame, hate, spite, and no employer is obliged to carry that rot under their name. Discernment draws the line clearly: words, however sharp, belong in debate, but glorifying assassination corrodes civilization itself. If you claim to stand for integrity, you cannot normalize collapse.
