Sometimes the price of clarity is being misunderstood.
Sometimes the price of truth is being disliked.
But if your peace depends on universal approval, you’re not free, you’re performing.
Discernment asks:
“Am I living in alignment, or just inoffensively?”
“Am I led by conviction, or fear of disapproval?”
You don’t need to be rude. But you do need to be rooted.
Because real freedom isn’t found in fitting in, it’s found in standing firm.
