Too often, people defend “science” not with curiosity, but with condescension. They quote the method but scoff at the question. That’s not scientific rigor, it’s elitism in a lab coat. Real science doesn’t pre-approve which questions are allowed. It welcomes challenge, demands clarity, and insists on testable predictions without policing who’s allowed to ask them. When skepticism is mocked instead of examined, we’ve stopped seeking truth and started protecting orthodoxy. And that’s when science stops progressing and starts posturing.
