Challenge Facts with Discernment for True Wellness

Not all facts are neutral, and not all opinions are ignorance. Framing, context, and intent shape how information is presented. Saying “crime rates are higher in certain neighborhoods” may be factually true, but without context about poverty, policy, and systemic neglect, it becomes a weapon, not wisdom. Believing a fact without questioning how it’s being used isn’t intelligence, it’s compliance. Discernment doesn’t reject facts, it challenges how they’re framed, who benefits, and what’s being left out. The real danger isn’t opinion, it’s unexamined certainty dressed up as truth. #TruthOverTribe #DiscernmentMatters
